1. Research and borrow and the work of competent people. The state of the art of any topic is available with a little perseverance.
   
   
2. Craft a buzz word that sounds new but not too far a field from something that already has credibility. For instance bullshit has been variously known as reframing schmoozing, power selling, and spin.
   
   
3. When attempting to introduce an analogue of some concept, idea or program, always talk about the change one will experience only if they follow a regimen. Self-discipline is central to and underlies all real change. This allows for a sufficient explanation for those complain that your material doesn't work. If they didn't do the whole thing of course it doesn't work!
   
   
4. Organize the pitch to have 1-10 dimensions. Anything that has more than ten factors is a different kind of bullshit that requires more knowledge about non- bullshit material. For some reason human beings are drawn to anything that can be simplified in ten or less points.
   
   
5. Use truth as a basis to distort perception. Use perception to distort truth. This works because there is no objective truth and for every truth there is usually an opposite truth subjective experience of difference.
   
   
6. Cite personal and second hand illustrations and testimonials to validate your points. These stories always add considerable heft to your bullshit. Of course they must be told with an air of authenticity.
   
   
7. Use quotes from famous and respectable people that have really mastered bullshit by developing sayings that appear profound.
   
   
8. Demeanor and deportment must be balanced between down to earth yet somehow wise.
   
   
9. Accept other's bullshit as valid if it somehow can be supportive of yours.
   
   
10. Communicate your bullshit with righteousness and passion.
